《THE BALANCE》以帶有詩意的結構作為敘事方式，透過玻璃容器中水體的流動，探討容器與容器之間的相互關係。作品中的容器既可被視為個體，也可能象徵群體、社會，甚至國家；而水的轉移與流動，則隱喻著資源、權力與價值在不同主體之間的分配與交換。
作品試圖將觀看引導至一種持續變動的平衡狀態之中，並在影像閱讀的過程裡，映照出觀者自身的思維與價值判斷。無論是永續議題或和平命題，其本質或許皆關乎資源如何被移動、配置與理解。人們不斷爭論著資源是否被放置於「正確的位置」，然而所謂正確，也許從未存在；又或者，每一個位置本身都可能成為答案。
THE BALANCE employs a poetic structure to explore relationships between containers through the movement of water within glass vessels. These containers may be understood as individuals, communities, societies, or even nations, while the transfer and circulation of water metaphorically reflect the distribution and exchange of resources, power, and value among different entities.
The work situates the viewer within a constantly shifting state of balance, allowing personal perspectives and systems of value to emerge through the act of viewing. Whether concerning sustainability or peace, these issues may ultimately be understood as questions surrounding the movement, allocation, and interpretation of resources. People continuously debate whether resources have been placed in the “right” position; yet perhaps no such position truly exists, or perhaps every position contains its own legitimacy.
