根據消費者保護法，飾品屬貼身物品，基於衛生考量，商品一旦拆封（開箱後）恕不接受退貨。

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and jewelry are non-returnable once the package is opened.

瑕疵換貨流程

若收到商品發現重大瑕疵（如：鏈條斷裂、物件脫落等）或品項錯誤，請於簽收後 7 日內聯繫我們，我們將為您安排同款商品更換一次。

If the item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days for a one-time exchange of the same item.

退換貨條件

欲辦理換貨之商品必須保持「收貨時的原狀」，包含完整包裝、保固書、贈品等，並請使用原紙箱包裝寄回。若商品有髒汙、磨損毀壞或加工改造，恕不接受退換。

Items must be in original condition with all packaging, cards, and gifts included. No returns for modified or worn items.

維修服務與尺寸修改

• 維修保養： 全店商品提供 14 天內免費維修服務（非人為損壞），及一年內免費保養。
  We provide 14-day free repair (excluding human damage) and 1st-year free maintenance.
• 尺寸修改： 若因個人尺寸量測錯誤需進行修改，將視情況酌收工本費與來回運費。
  For sizing modifications due to incorrect measurement provided, service fees and shipping costs will apply.
