接單訂製與工期

本店商品皆為純手工訂製。出貨時間為完成付款後 5 - 7 個工作天（不含週末與國定假日）。若有急單需求，請事先聯繫確認。

All items are handcrafted. Shipping takes 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

手工製作與材質特性

• 手工痕跡： 商品保有手工製作溫度與細微痕跡屬正常現象，每一件作品皆為獨一無二。
  Subtle marks from the crafting process are unique to each piece.
• 金屬原色： 採用無電鍍金屬原色製作。銀材質較柔軟，部分連結處會使用醫療鋼強化。銅鍊批次色差屬正常現象。
  We use non-plated raw metals. Variations in color and texture are natural characteristics.
• 螢幕色差： 因拍攝光線或顯示器不同，實品顏色可能與照片有些微差異，請以實品為準。
  Actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and monitor settings.

飾品保養細節

金屬原色隨時間氧化變深為自然現象，可使用拭銀布擦拭恢復光澤。不佩戴時建議存放於密封袋中，以減緩氧化速度。

Raw metals naturally oxidize. Use a polishing cloth to restore luster and store in an airtight bag.

為響應環保，我們盡量精簡包裝但確保運送安全。若有送禮需求（如需空白小卡），請於訂單備註告知。

受限於設計考量，僅以下系列提供藍曬保卡：
Leaf & Leaves、暗室原生、Melting Object、海之石、愛鍊常常、荷魯斯之眼系列、指定耳骨夾。
